Jayasathya Fibers processes the husks and separates coir fibre from pith.
Wash & sun-dry
Coir pith is washed and sun-dried before onward processing.
Compress or spin
Vishwajith Coir Bricks compresses pith into 5 kg blocks and spins fibre into two-ply yarn.
Check & pack
Production supervision, product checks and agreed testing support the order specification.
Coordinate supply
Coco Bloom coordinates buyer communication, packaging and shipment discussions.
