01 / SOURCE
2020Purchases and sources coconuts and coconut-based raw materials. Its procurement operations support a consistent supply of husks to the processing unit.
Own husk access is supplemented by purchased raw material to support production requirements.
02 / PROCESS
2018Processes coconut husks to separate coir fibre and coir pith. Pith is washed and sun-dried; fibre is prepared for loose sales, baling or yarn production.
Washed pith and prepared fibre move onward to Vishwajith Coir Bricks.
03 / MANUFACTURE
2008Produces compressed 5 kg coir-pith blocks and two-ply coir yarn. Its operations connect production checks, compression, spinning, spool winding and packaging.

2025Brings the network together through international marketing, buyer communication, sample coordination, quotations, packaging discussions and export development.
